* an involuntary neurological (muscle contraction) causing a sustained, twisted or abnormal posture, spasms or pulls  
Some common types of dystonia include: 
* eyelid spams/twitching 
* neck twisting 
* leg cramps 
* writer's cramp, etc  
* group offers discussion on coping skills and a time for networking with others  
* other forms of movement disorders include: 
* ParkinsonDisease 
* Tourette's 
* Huntington Disease
