Description (Service) | * Located at Windsor’s Unemployed Help Centre * The CNC program provides on-site care for newcomer children ages 19 months to 6 years for parents who are participating in our newcomer programs. * This allows parents to receive the education and training needed to help them integrate into the community and secure employment while their children are cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. |
