Description (Service) | * Support people living with HIV and their loved ones and care givers, in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent * HIV/IDU Prevention, Support, and Outreach * Provides condoms, lube and safer sex supplies/information * Needle exchanges and safer injection supplies distribution (in-office and mobile outreach) * Sharps disposal * Counseling * Referrals - Hep C, Housing, Methadone treatment * Outreach to community members |

Description (Agency) | Supplies and information continue to be accessible in self serve format. Mobile outreach orders will continue with "porch drop" only. Some satellites may experience episodic supply chain disruptions. The AIDS Committee of Windsor (ACW) is a registered charity that provides support, education and outreach services for people living with, affected by, or at-risk of HIV and or HCV. Our services span the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent counties. |
