| Description (Service) | The Bilingual Legal Clinic offers: * free advice, representation and referrals in both French and English to low-income residents in Windsor and Essex County. * The Clinic also engages in law reform activities, community outreach and public legal education. We now share our new location with Family Services, Financial Fitness and SACC (Sexual Assault Crisis Centre). Integrated Legal Clinics' French Language Service Program offers: * The Windsor-Essex Bilingual Clinic in partnership with the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic, Justice Niagara & Neighbourhood Legal Services (London & Middlesex), now extend their French support beyond their jurisdiction to include underserviced areas in the entire Southwest region. Areas of Law; * Ontario Works * Ontario Disability Support Program * Housing (Tenant Rights) * Employment * Canada Pension Plan * Small Claims * Some immigration |
