| Description (Service) | Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of community-based early years programs and services for children from pre-natal to 12 years of age within Windsor - Essex. * Oversees the provision of child care subsidies in purchase of service child care facilities. * Eligible families may be able to receive assistance for the cost of child care at various child care centres.
