| Eligibility | * Immigrants and Refugees * Language Training/Orientation/Community Connections programs: Open to Permanent Residents of Canada, Convention Refugees or individuals with a special Minister’s permit or possess an eligibility letter for Permanent Residence from IRCC. * Newcomer Youth Leadership Program: 13-24 yrs in partnership with Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) * Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP): Open to individuals who are Refugee Claimants, Convention Refugees, Permanent Residents, Canadian Citizen not born in Canada, Minister’s Permit Holder, or a person who received permission to remain in Canada for the purpose of becoming a Permanent Resident * After School Program for children: 7-12 yrs in partnership with United Way * Nurse Practitioner Clinic: clients of the Multicultural Council who do not have a family doctor, regardless of age or gender. |
