| Description (Service) | * The goal of the youth centre is to provide a safe haven for LaSalle youth by giving help with school work, personal development programs, healthy snacks and an adult supervised socialization during the time after school * While parents may still be working when youth are done school they can ensure youth will be engaged in constructive and safe activities * Special Events and Youth Activities may be scheduled outside of operating times, please call ahead for details * Guest Speakers are scheduled at times dealing with youth issues (ie: internet safety) * All this is done at no cost to the youth of families * Youth counseling available at this site through Windsor Essex Family Services (on Wednesdays, by appointment only) |
