Description (Service) | * 12 week group education and counselling program dealing with domestic violence and non-abusive ways of resolving conflict . * Victims/partners of the offender provided with support including safety planning, referrals to community resources, and information on offender’s progress |
Hours | Mon-Thu: 9 am-8 pm * Fri, 9 am-5 pm * Sat, 9 am-2 pm Note: Evenings and Saturdays are by appointment only. All PAR sessions booked in advance; please call ahead for more information |

Description (Agency) | We provide strategies and support to address personal problems, resolve conflicts and help people live independently in the community. We help people complete forms, applications & income taxes; deal with hoarding, bullying and financial issues; and find/maintain affordable rental housing. We help individuals, couples and families manage life, marriage and family challenges; deal with arising issues and resolve conflicts; address anxiety, depression, anger, loss, grief, as well as addiction, sexuality, mental health and wellness issues. |
