Currently all services are offered via telephone and e-mail. Main voicemail and email is checked daily.
• Client services (counselling, wellness checks, advocacy and support) are currently being provided via telephone or e-mail
• Any partnership developments or supports can be provided via telephone or e-mail
• Community events, group counselling, food security, and Homework Clubs are suspended until further notice * Community-based centres in 5 City of Windsor neighbourhoods and 1 County site for renewal and development * fosters a multi-disciplinary community collaboration that involves the engagement of post-secondary students, volunteers and secondary students * connects the rich resources of the community to the challenges of low-income neighbourhoods or municipality to address the needs and capacities of children, families, youth, women, older adults, people with a disability, First Nations people and culturally | linguistically diverse backgrounds * improves the quality of the social and physical environments of low-income urban neighbourhoods or municipality through the facilitation, development/redevelopment opportunities that serve the needs of the members of the 5 Community neighbourhoods * Affiliated with Drouillard Place, Glengarry Non-Profit Housing Corporation & Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation After school/homework club programs available at Glengarry and Reginald Sites Glengarry Homework Club - funded through United Way to offer a free after school program designed for ages 5 to 12. This program offers help related to various needs, including but not limited to math, literacy, social and behavioural. Reginald S.T.A.R.S. program - offers a free after school program for children ages 6 to 11 designed to encourage pro-social skills and provide homework help as needed. Reginald READY program - is a free after school program designed for youth ages 11 to 19 to help gain mentorship and leadership skills, as well as increase access to technology, in order to assist in school and employment success. |
