| Description (Service) | Life After Fifty - East Side Location * offers a wide variety of social, recreational, educational, volunteer and service opportunities * Also available is the Life After Fifty's second site West Side Seniors Centre (see website for details) Recreational options include: * Tai Chi * Arts and Crafts * Fitness * Cribbage * Bridge * Pepper * Line dancing * MahJong * Qigong Service options include: * chair massage * Computer lessons (Book a one-hour 1-on-1 appointment) * foot care services available * A place people can go to cool off during times of extremely high temperatures |
