| Description (Service) | * Provides psychosocial rehabilitation services (recovery strategies) to adults with mental health issues in Windsor and Leamington * clients with dual diagnosis and concurrent disorders are also eligible for services * clients can access a variety of recovery based educational programs, recreational, physical fitness, vocational and peer support strategies both on site and in the community * provides support and education to family members under the family initiatives component of the program, individual support as needed (12-week NAMI Family Education Programs available in Windsor and Leamington) * offers family monthly support meetings, individual support sessions and scheduled 12 week education programs to family members * Monthly schedules are available online or inhouse |
