| Description (Service) | The Urban Aboriginal Healthy Living Programme (UAHLP) was designed to increase participation of Urban Aboriginal people in sport, physical fitness activities, recreation and other health promotion programs that promote healthy lifestyle behaviours. Initiatives include: * Smoking Cessation * Diabetes Education * Youth Sports and Recreation * Healthy Babies * Nutrition Programs include: * Open Gym Night for youth * Beginner Yoga/Meditation Classes * Massage Therapy * Healthy Cooking Class * Cardio workout * Self-Defence Class * Senior Fitness Class |
