| Description (Service) | Release Creativity ~ Relieve Poverty * uses creative arts, music, life skills, sewing, computer skills, literacy - all to develop potential and improve life skills and leadership qualities in urban young people and women * customized program is developed for each woman depending on her specific needs * support services, training workshops, and ongoing classes in computer skills, business development, image, nutrition, health and the arts * nutritious food program provided to children in program ages 18 yrs and under * mandate is to see women and children improve their lives with various creative resources exploring their full potential, they include physically, economically and spiritual * clients receive training to equip them to be successful role models, mentors within their families, people of value and a credit to their community Program/Services Professional Vocational Training in; * Nail Technology * Makeup Artistry * and Beauty Arts Literacy Assessments for children: ongoing job skill development and classes for children and youth ages 7-12 yrs Special workshops: * for teen girls ages 13-17 yrs, offered Monthly Queen Esther School of Excellence: * teaches aesthetics including manicure, pedicures, make-up, wardrobing and more; offers self-esteem Worship Arts Institute: * Biblical Seminary of Learning, Developing ministry skills using the Arts for Worship * Accredited Courses * Also providing professional instruction in Ballet, Modern dance, group music and media training * We work with artists and professionals, locally and globally, to help young people discover their unique, God-given creativity and develop mastery and leadership skills in a creative, safe, confidence-building environment. |
