| Description (Service) | Provide residential care and community based programs and services to those living with a life limiting illness and their families * extend service through bereavement when loved ones require counseling or other forms of grief and loss support * provide information and education on end-of-life issues * advocate with the existing health care system, community agencies, health professionals and volunteers to enhance end-of-life care |
