| Description (Service) | The Canadian Red Cross) Currently we are running the following grocery programs for individuals who live in Sarnia, Point Edward and Brights Grove and are 60+: Grocery pickups – clients can go online and order groceries at Walmart and the Superstore. A volunteer then picks those groceries up and delivers them to the client’s home. There is no charge for this service, but we request at least 1 days notice to ensure we have a volunteer available. Nutritional Networking – this is a program where a volunteer will go to a client’s house, pick up their cash and grocery list and go to one grocery store and do the shopping for them. A volunteer will then bring the groceries to the client’s front doorstep. This program costs $6.50 and the client will receive an invoice at the end of the month. Sarnia Blessings A community initiative providing homemade meals to seniors and vulnerable people who need to stay inside during the COVID-19 pandemic. Call 519-402-9093 to place an order or visit the Facebook page to fill in a meal request form. Food donations are being accepted, email sarniablessings@outlook.com for information. Monetary donations can be E-transferred to sarniablessings@outlook.com. Sarnia Produce (Delivery provided by On the Dot delivery service) FRIDAY - Bright's Grove $15, Camlachie $20, Forest $30 TUESDAY - Petrolia $20, Wyoming $20, Brigden $20 WEDNESDAY - Corunna, Mooretown and Courtright Rates $15 MONDAY-FRIDAY - Sarnia $10. Cut off for out of town deliveries is 11 am (same day) ORDERING REQUIREMENTS: For Delivery or Curb side Pick up (at our warehouse), orders can be placed by phone (519-336-5561) OR by email (sarniaproduce@cogeco.net). State your NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER along with the items you request. IF you want to PRE-PAY your order (preferred) please specify that in your email or phone call. We will verify payment information and process the payment on site. For email orders a representative will call your phone number to confirm payment details. Note - taxes are included in the prices above. Bluewater Foodland Orders are by phone (519-862-5213) or by email fld6305bluewater@sobeys.com. Orders must be received by noon for same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be processed the next day. Deliveries will be done Monday to Friday and there will be no deliveries after 5 pm. The delivery area will include Corunna, Mooretown,Courtright, Brigden, Aamjiwnaang and rural areas in between. Foodland will receive, shop and deliver all orders. Optimist Club volunteers will deliver orders from 12 noon-5 pm daily. Payment by Visa/Master Card/American Express only. Order will only be released after payment has been approved. No Rain Checks, Refunds or Returns. Reminder to all Foodland patrons: Store hours have changed from 24 hours to 8 am-8 pm. Seniors Shopping Hour is daily from 8 am-9 am. Piquette Frozen Meals Delivery twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1 pm-3pm.
