Description (Service) | COVID-19 - A telephone counselling and consulting service was launched on March 23, 2020 for those 0-17 years of age who are experiencing mental health concerns. Please note this is not a crisis service. - Call 519-337-3701 and follow directions to leave a voice message - The same day a staff member will contact you to collect information - Within 24 hours you will receive a telephone counselling and consultation session - Excludes evening and weekends Dedicated to helping children and youth in coping and adapting to life's challenges, and promoting the well being of infants, children, and youth who are experiencing mental health related difficulties. Work with parents and the community to provide integrated early intervention, prevention, and non-residential treatment services. All supports provided free of charge to children and youth from birth through age 18 and their families. |
