| Description (Service) | Reviews and addresses complaints by clients and their representatives arising from the application of the provisions of the Veterans Bill of Rights * raises awareness of the needs and concerns of Veterans and their families among the Veterans' community, with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and with the Minister of Veterans Affairs |
