Description (Service) | Reviews and addresses complaints by clients and their representatives arising from the application of the provisions of the Veterans Bill of Rights * raises awareness of the needs and concerns of Veterans and their families among the Veterans' community, with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and with the Minister of Veterans Affairs |

Eligibility | Clients of Veterans Affairs Canada who feel they have been treated unfairly or who wish to solve a problem encountered while dealing with VAC. |
Application | Clients must first try to resolve the conflict with Veterans Affairs. If unsuccessful, complaints can be submitted by using the online system, by calling the toll free number, or by printing the complaint form on the website and sending it by mail, by fax or electronically. |
