| Description (Service) | Support programs and services for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and their caregivers First Link Learning Series and Social Work Support - One-on-one and group supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and their families and care partners Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) - Learning the Ropes - Program for community dwelling older adults experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their family member or friend * facilitated by trained professionals * focus of program is on optimizing cognitive health through lifestyle choices, memory training, and psychosocial support Public Education Programs - Education programs geared toward health professionals, first responders, general public, students and volunteers * programs offered in multiple locations Social Recreation and In-Home Recreation Volunteers - Programs offering social, recreational and companionship opportunities to people with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias * clients must be registered and undergo brief assessment prior to participation Services and Programs:
