| Description (Service) | Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools, and other places required to be smoke-free or vape-free. Conducts inspections of tobacco and electronic cigarette vendors to ensure compliance with youth access restrictions. Tobacco enforcement officers also respond to complaints made as part of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act complaint form found on website |
