Public Comments COVID-19 Service Change: Youth Homelessness Protocol remains open. Youth Unlimited/The Upper Room are closed until further notice. During business hours, please contact via email or 519-859-0322. After hours, youth can connect with 211 for immediate assistance. YWCA continues to provide support to residents and youth off-site, but from a distance and with safety protocols in place.

Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Community strategy and action plan to deal with Youth Homelessness in Elgin * youth who become homeless are encouraged to call 211 for assistance * based on assessment the youth is provided supports and servies to ensure they are housed in a safe location
