| Description (Service) | Hearing screening for all newborn infants in the hospital or in the community Follow up supports and services provided to children from birth to school age who are identified with permanent hearing loss * services include audiology, communication development, family support Middlesex London Health Unit administers the program and contracts with local community providers who provide the direct services in the family's community |
