Description (Service) Elderly persons centre  
* offers social, recreational, educational and service opportunities  
* fitness, yoga, cards, arts and crafts, luncheons, speakers, lectures 
* Parkinson exercise and support group  
* Canadian Mental Health caregiver support group  
* income tax clinics during tax season (call for details) or visit the Canada Revenue Agency Website for dates and times during Income Tax Preparation Season 
* Free hearing screening
Hours Mon-Fri: 8:30 am-4:30 pm * evenings and weekends depending on activity
