Description (Service) COVID-19:Tuberculosis testing and routine/school immunization services are suspended. Flu clinics are operating by appointment only. Visit the website for more information on community flu clinics and to make an appointment

Immunization Requirements for School Entry:  
School-age children will require proof of immunization or valid exemption to attend school.  
Immunizations required:  
* meningitis * pertussis (whooping cough)  
* children born in 2010 or later, also need chickenpox vaccine. (This is in addition to existing requirements for proof of immunization against):  
* diphtheria,* tetanus * polio * measles * mumps * rubella  
NOTE: Parents are responsible for their child's immunization status and for reporting their child's immunizations to public health. Students with outdated vaccination information face school suspension.
