| Description (Service) | COVID-19: Open. Appointment necessary to enter building. Face-to-face appointments are limited, but phone and virtual appointments remain available. Provides services to those who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of support * individuals who are experiencing symptoms of a mental illness * anyone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide * family members of individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis * assist professionals in the community who require consultation or assistance regarding an individual with a mental health concern or mental health crisis * 24 hour telephone crisis intervention * stabilization of the crisis situation * mobile service * short stay emergency housing * hospitalization * information and referrals * suicide prevention * crisis follow-up |
