Description (Service) COVID-19: Open. Mask required for entry to building, walk-ins welcome. Patrons must adhere to social distancing guidelines within the building, Covid-19 screening and temperature checks will be required before entry to the building. Video conferencing is available for assessment and support. There is currently no waitlist for services at this time. 
Assessment and support is provided to dually diagnosed individuals (individuals with a mental illness and a diagnosis of developmental delay), and with their families and other service providers to develop crisis prevention plans, facilitate community integration and coordinate developmental and mental health services.
