| Description (Service) | Foot Care Clinics Proper foot care keeps individuals "on their feet" and active in the community. Chatham-Kent's foot care clinics offer: • Assessments • Clipping and filing of toe nails • Treatment of corns, calluses, ingrown toe nails • Padding as necessary • Preventative foot care for high-risk clients with diabetes, arthritis and circulation problems; • Referrals to doctors, podiatrists and other health professionals • Health teaching VON offers a variety of clinic locations throughout the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. VON nurses can also provide foot care in the home for those who are unable to attend a foot care clinic.
