Promotes the opportunity for all children and youth of Chatham-Kent to mature in a stable environment that meets their emotional, physical and psychological needs. The Foundation accomplishes this by providing educational bursaries to foster children from the Municipality of Chatham-Kent; and/or by assisting the Chatham-Kent Children's Services in achieving their goals as contained in their objectives and Mission Statement. |
