Description (Service) Assessments, interventions and support to students and families with mental health and or addiction issues * consultation to school staff in regards to mental health and/or addiction issues as appropriate 
Students up to age 21 considered for this program are affiliated with publicly-funded elementary and secondary schools
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 4 year(s) - 21 year(s) 
Any youth, up to the age of 21, who is enrolled in a public school within the Erie St. Clair region is eligible.
Application Mental Health and Addictions Nurses (MHAN) are accessible through self-referral, school resource teams, hospitals, families/caregivers, health professionals and community agencies.
